Hello, Based on Gomez-Pena article the immigrants as seen as the other because people tend to believe that because of their status they are most likely to be burden in the country and because of them their place is less safer now. Illegal aliens are also walys to be blame for everything that's been going in the country but they are not seeing the other side of it that the unsolved issues and problems was because of their incompetent politicians and governments. Gomez- Pena also indicate that because they are illegal alien they are being deprived of both human and civil rights.
